"Unfortunately, this was a huge disappointment. Upon making the reservation for 4 via open table, I added a more to request a table that could accommodate a stroller or high chair, I have a 7 mon old. We were seated on the bar side right at the door in a window high top bar table. I asked if there was another table on the restaurant side, to which the hostess said, all the tables were for reservations. I double checked that our reservation was received. It was. After getting the manager involved (not at my request), we moved to a table. That 's when things got very interesting. There were 3 other 4 top open tables in the dining area, only 1 of the 3 was sat while we were there. We finally had a server stop by our table and she asked us if anyone had been by yet. There were only 3 servers and 7 tables (3 that we empty) and she had walked by us at the least, 5/6 times. Our reservation was for 12:30. We arrived on the dot 12:30. By now, it was 1:30. We asked about our food 3x, was given some fruit for our wait , 2 cups of watermelon. Finally got our orders at 2:13. We all ordered off the brunch menu so steak and eggs and eggs Benedict~potatoes were cold stale, food was not worth the wait, and the tension from the server was palpable and uncomfortable. The guys ordered English muffins but served white toast (1 triangle piece), we asked for salt pepper bc it wasn 't on the table, Jelly, and ketchup. Each request was met with a, How much ? I am still confused about it. Why are you serving condiments in plastic ramekins, but at that point we were over it. Oh, best part. My husband shared with the server that he and my dad had ordered English muffins, NOT a big deal /don 't change it, she replied motioned to my plate in a way that felt like a cheap shot and said, well sir, we 're out of English muffins bc she got the last one . Drop the Mic. I left So much out of this gem of an experience, if you would like to experience it first hand. Visit! Just eat before you go."
