"First time there, the parking lot feels like TJ streets. Full of pot holes and loose gravel with faded or nonexistent parking lanes. Homeless tents on the sidewalk next to the parking lot. Homeless people all around. On bikes, pushing their carts and walking all around. Once inside IHOP, food was good, service was fine, the restaurant was clean and its bathrooms too."

"The food was delicious, the crepes had fresh fruits and it was not excessively sweet. I've never tasted anything like that, usually it's all too good. the coffee was great, the waitress was very nice and they served v-8 juice elegant."

"MEXICAN COMING PEOR, for wanting to treat a new income we spent a bad time ... 1. The service is the worst thing it took about 15 minutes to get us drinks 2. The food was fried and had the worst sason, and to do it by asking for the account that they only told us right now that we brought it 2 times and we had nothing to stop and order it at the entrance. The truth is not worthwhile for the Pena to waste time in this restaurant because they will come out with a bad Boca flavor and make it angry!!"
