"A super cosy restaurant both exterior and interior; the inside of the restaurant was bustling with customers. The moment you enter the restaurant, the smell of meat hits you and makes you hungry. We managed to get a table just beside the open grill, where the magic happens. Everything within La Grabotais is reasonably priced. Absolutely fantastic dining experience where everybody was friendly and truly enjoying!"

"My wife and I found this lovely restaurant near to the Domaine de Ormes campsite. Would like to thank the Maitre De and staff for the wonderful service and a fantastic meal. It was the best meal of our holiday, It was so good that we are returning on the final evening of our holiday as a treat. We wish that we had found the establishment sooner.Our granddaughter loved having the same meal as the adults rather than the usual chicken nougats or steak hache that is usually on offer. This was only 12 euros. A reasonable price for a high quality food. We would highly recommend that you visit this establishment if you are visiting the area."

"We enjoyed a typical French Steak Frites lunch here with a good wine, a home-made rhubarb & apple tarte, & a coffee for only 34 euros - quite a bargain! It is very central and service was good on a day when the town was full of people for a music festival - a memory of old France which, alas, is being replaced by burger bars and 'Mac Do'."

"Having explored the old town of Dol and the interesting cathedral, our little folk were feeling decidedly peckish. We four adults needed a break too! We were delighted to discover this traditional French creperie the staff were very welcoming and we were ushered into...the cellar area. The table was perfect for the four adults and two children lots of space and a lovely atmospheric ambiance. We sampled and shared a variety of savoury and sweet dishes; lingered over good coffee and thoroughly enjoyed the informal dining experience."
