"I walked in to be greeted by a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere and was seated right away by the lovely staff. Ordering from the website was a flawless experience and my food was with me in under 10 minutes! My food was very good and worth the price. "Great service and eating. the menu looks quite expensive, but they soon realize that the prices are justified when they see how generous the portions are. a £4 tasty bites of costa is a tiny snack, but a £7 tasty bites from here is a full meal. really ingenious choice of strokes and mealtimes. presentation is perfect and very instagram friendly (if that is your ding). only suggestion is that although the food boxes are karton, the cutlery is still single use plastic. I would personally prefer wood single cutlery or reusable cutlery. if they care about the environment, they bring their own cutlery."

"Went here as we thought it may be as good as the Fareham one. I was wrong. The place is filthy. Food on the walls and floor, under the chairs and seats, seats ripped and the tables greasy! We had to pay before going in, I believe they do this as the first impressions people would walk out! The reception was lovely shame about the rest. The staff were nice. The food was not all that. Cold and been sat there a while! You could tell because the chicken was dry and chewy. The duck was vile and the pancakes were all stuck together so they ripped pulling them apart. The desserts were not a good point either. Tasteless and the mousse had blue food colouring dripping all over it. It's vile. Won't be going again! Hoping we aren't going to be sick!"
