"Great Service and Huge Servings. We drove by this place and thought it was a great location and looked nice, read some reviews and decided to try it. Parking is limited but we were there early so we were all good. The hostess sat us in what we normally would think would be a great table...but we just got back from a 10 hour fishing trip and the sun seemed to be killing us. Our waitress was very concerned and continued to ask if we wanted to move tables but we didn't want to be a burden for something that wasn't their fault. We ordered the lobster rolls for an ap... I was expecting a tiny egg roll... Holy cow they were huge... Different and very tasty!! We both ordered soup and pasta. The soup was very good, it was the Island style she crab soup.. Now if you are expecting she crab soup.... Be warned... It's not traditional..but still good. The pasta bowls came out and they were huge. The prices are a little higher, but for the amount we got, it wasn't bad. Because the sun was making us uncomfortable we asked for our food to go somewhat quickly, but we had read a review about the DEEP FRIED KEY LIME PIE so we ordered a slice to go! It didn't last long back at the resort, and our left over pasta warmed up great the next day. Will go back next time when we can spend time and enjoy the atmosphere."

"My friends and I were driving back home to Canada from NYC late at night until our car broke down. CAA towed our vehicle to Marathon, NY and directed us to the Three Bear Inn. Owners were very nice and hospitable, going out of their way to give us a room even though their office was closed. Room was exceptionally clean and located just a few steps from the gas station, grocery store, and mechanic which made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommend you stop here during your travels."

"Party of five: Nice small place just reopened under new owners. The restaurant was very clean our waitress, Cha Cha, was very friendly and helpful when ordering and our food was delicious. We ordered a combo appetizer and some potato skins to share. For dinner, three of us had a fried grouper sandwich with fries. One had the shrimp basket with onion rings, and the other had the Mahi Mahi tacos. The grouper was awesome. It was a very thick juice piece of fish. I even tried mine on a pita and it was very good. The shrimp in the shrimp basket were jumbo shrimp, which is always nice. We decided after dinner to share both a slice of Key lime pie and chocolate lava cake for dessert. The restaurant is wide open but still offers both outdoor and indoor seating. We plan on going back for breakfast for their homemade corn beef hash, which we heard was very good.Update: Been there several times now, and the food is always good."

"Don't judge a book by its cover!. I wouldn't have gone into this place if I hadn't read all of the reviews. It is clearly a local dive with an awesome breakfast. The service was friendly and fast. Give this place a chance, you won't be disappointed."

"I have a nice mountain of food, and it was delicious. The perfect southwest experience. Such a nice mood that wished me that I originally stayed in the marathon, instead of Terilingua during hiking great curve."

"Not that great. The food was very bland. Our problem was the service. They never put our order in and we ended up waiting forever once they realized their error. Then, they brought a bucked of cleaner into the dining room while we were eating. Whatever kind of cleaner it was. It was strong! They then asked us to move to their other dining room. While we were eating, we observed them watch a family approach the restaurant. They had already decided to deny service to this family before they even came through the door. Afterwards, one of the waiters was loudly talking about how they can deny service to whoever they want. It was just a very off putting experience. Definitely not worth the stop."
