"Subito la settimana successiva alla prova gelato mi è capitata l'occasione di provare una piadina.Dopo aver lasciato l'automobile nei parcheggi di fronte allo stabile, ho ordinato la prima piadina della lista, ben farcita di salame piccante, squaccherone e rucola. Una volta comodo a casa, scarto l'involucro e sorpresa: il pane è fatto di "crepes", arrotolato, al tatto è morbido e comodo da mangiare. Addentato, gli ingredienti risultano subito freschi e ben amalgamati. Il prezzo è giusto, con la bibita sono 7 franchi. La prossima volta provarò una focaccia."
