Not only was she very attentive, I watched her literally cut up someone else's food for them because they had just had surgery on their broken wrist. "My first visit to this location. This is now my favorite one in Omaha. Our waitress (Mary) was very good and got our order soon after we sat down. She returned with our food in about 5 minutes and checked with us twice during our meal. I had the ham and cheese omelet with hash browns and a side of biscuits and gravy. My omelet was cooked very good and was loaded with ham. My hash browns were nice and crisp on the outside and tender inside. My biscuits were very fresh and the gravy was thick and seasoned the way I like it. Most places put way too much pepper in it. My friend had a huge pancake and an order of hash browns. As for the food, there were no leftovers. Service was great (thanks Mary) and we were in and out in 20 minutes. We both agreed that we would be coming back soon."

I resisted going here for the longest time; as others have said, the exterior is unassuming, and gives the impression that inside you'll find generic, crappy bar food. "For some reason I have barely gone to Mark's in the last 5 years and I don't know why. I love the atmosphere inside being on the second floor and looking onto Underwood st. The feel is very relaxing. We ordered the hummus and mac and cheese for an app and they were both delightful. My brother and I order the Cuban which was a good sandwich but not my favorite but I would order it again. My dad got the quiche. The andouille sausage and chicken soup was spot on because the broth was light and I was w little full from the apps. I will be back again."

"Excellent, pleasant service, touch our napkins and cutlery, dishes several times, carefully. We tapped a waterglass and they were like ninjas quiet, happy to use. Food was great above the top, no shortcuts here. Tomahawk unforgettable, Halibut perfectly cooked and chicken ballantine fork delicate, delicious. The best lamb dogs I've ever had really. Everything beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned. Use of seasonal veg colorful and creative! Charc-Board, tartaric acid, cheese board, tender octopus, tasteful— I can go in and be really happy. The gene mgr went overboard to make the night shine for daughters birthday. Great wine proposal. Bartender surprised with creative mocktails for NA son.
