"First time here on Sunday 2/6/2022 I gave 3 stars because they seemed to have ran out of some things, as well as forgot about us all together! We ordered our stuff and sat down, they gave us a little buzzer thing to let us know when our order will be ready. I think we sat there like 20-30 minutes but we were talking and didn't realize until the people that were there before us left and saw people that were just coming in we're getting their stuff before us. I think they realized this too because we saw them pointing at us. One of the girls walked over and asked us what we ordered. We told her so she went back to make the order. They brought out my partners stuff first then gave us a little card saying free drink on us. We don't live in the area but I guess it's fine we could save it for when we come out that way again. I had to wait for my s'mores ice cream. When the girl brought it over she said thank you for waiting. We kinda laughed because we had no choice and they forgot about us, which is understandable they got busy and tried to make up with a free drink. Then they brought out another drink that was free so thanks for that it was some kind of green tea drink. The s'mores had a pretzel holding the marshmallow- I didn't have much gram crackers in it but it still tasted good. They had a random blueberry in mine and my partners (not sure if all of them come like that) The desserts were good and place was clean. I would try them again."

"PRICEY BUT A DARN GOOD SANDWICH. In the heart of downtown pleasanton and with not too many great options for a good breakfast and lunch this is a great place. I usually get to go my sandwiches so I never experience any service problems. breakfast here is pretty good I have to admit and even better than Deans these days. the full breakfast Croissant is really good! It is a 3 Omelet filled in a freshly baked croissant with Cheddar cheese, ham and bacon. It's a true winner, but it's still hard to hit the highest croissant at Jack in the box. the freshly baked breads make this a great alternative to the fast food sandwich shops out there. Try the garden herbs, garlic basil, new York rye and croissants. Get one of those bad guys for a freshly made sandwich and you'll see what the crowd is pulling. I love the chicken salad here! Cashews, apples and other great goodies make this my first choice followed by large versions of a San francisco reuben, roasted turkey pesto and a grilled Albacore tuna steak sandwich. I stopped today to go some and had THE BEST SANDWICH I had in years. I don't joke! the roasted turkey pesto was so sweet. everything tasted so fresh and that was a fucking big sandwich. the garlic basil bread was cut so thick and all stacked so high, but I could definitely get my mouth around this evil boy. the turkey was so fresh and tender and they really give you a lot. they put a lot of Pesto Mayo on the sandwich, but I really loved it. I asked for avocado and they basically threw a whole thing on the sandwich. It came with sun chips and potato salad. the potato salad was a little on the dry side, but the olives gave it really great taste. make sure that the sandwich can be on the expensive side, but this sandwich body was so worth it. every bite was true heaven. I'll get this sandwich every time I look for a sandwich here. Stay with the special sandwiches and grab some to go and you will be happy and want to come back for more."
