"Death for Breakfast. I can't express how poorly my friends and I were treated at this excuse of an establishment. We had sat down at a table and weren't seen for at least five minutes. Once our drink order was taken it took another five minutes for it to arrive. I ordered an ice coffee and i got hot coffee... I had to ask for a glass of ice... twice. If you like skim milk, don't bother asking, they don't carry it.<br/>Act of this terrible visit <br/>My friend ordered a Belgian waffle with a side of bacon. My other friend ordered what was called a cold platter. Said platter included what was supposed to be cole slaw, chicken salad, and potato salad. Finally I ordered two eggs over medium, three strips of bacon, hash browns and two pieces of toast. The result:<br A cold waffle where when butter is placed, it doesn't melt<br The saddest pieces of bacon that I've ever been served<br Scoops of slaw, chicken salad, and potato salad that looked so unappetizing that one could tell it came from a grocery store<br Eggs that were obviously over easy to an untrained eye, followed by four pieces of cold toast<br br/>The next two events were the highlight of our GOD AWFUL dining experience;<br/>My friend asked our waitress if he could have his waffle heated up because of the cold to touch excuse for food that he was served. The waitress didn't make a single effort to fix the situation and in fact was relieved to not have to put forth any effort to fix the situation. <br/>Lastly the grand finally, while waiting at the register to pay for substandard cuisine, my friend asked the lady that was ringing up our meal how the chicken salad was prepared; a common type of question at a restaurant. Her response was, Baby I don't have a clue. You gotta ask the cooks but don't no one have time to answer your questions Really? I mean really?<br br/>After being a server for four years I have never seen such awful service in that time or for that matter my life. Frankly I wonder how there have been any good reviews of this venue. I hope they change soon for other patrons sake because I know I will never be setting foot in there ever again."

"Yum! Chicken n ' waffles! I came here with my sweet friend and we enjoyed the ambiance, the service and the food at Savory Grain!! I also was permitted to buy a few of their small pint glasses which I use all the time! The parking can be a bit of a challenge, but this restaurant is worth a gander! I can wheat to go back!"

"Unfortunately, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio. A scholarship holder of the infinite jest, the best imagination. He wore me a thousand times on my back. And now, how stupid in my imagination is it! My gorge is rising. Here the lips I kissed hang, I don't know how many times. Where are you now? Your bamboo? Your songs? Your lightnings from Beerriment that were won to put the table on a row? Not now to mock your own grin? Pretty chap fall? Now take you to my lady's chamber and tell her, let her paint an inch thick, she has to come to this favor. Let her laugh."

"I went on Sunday as they opened. No line then, but it really picked up around 1030 so I reccomend getting in early. The inside is not very well lit and idk if they have issues circulating air but the a/c was off and the fans weren't helping. Kind of an old, humid vibe inside, so i sat outside instead. It was Better, until the flies showed up. A lot of my critque is probably out of thier hands because it's clearly an old building. But, beware for plenty of wear and tear"

"Small restaurant in the corner. I ordered the pancakes and wept. the portion was good enough and eating was pretty good. I was the only person there at 10 o'clock so nice and quiet. if in the opposite and need a quick to decent living resources come here to reasonable cost."

"This place is absolutely wonderful for what he is and wants, perfect execution. on order breakfast and lunch, with classic and new breakfast, lunch option, open kitchen, very fast service, make them taste traditional things much better than they would expect. great prices and very friendly staff, if the city is to the breakfast, this is the place to go."
