"This is a great little restaurant on just off the sw corner of the plaza. The setting is beautiful and the food is well prepared. We shared an appetizer, a salad and a grilled sea bass entre. Our waiter (Christian) was kind enough to split the entre on two plates at no extra charge. The flan that we shared was delicious!The restaurant is worth the drive from cabo san lucas! Going there on Thursday is a great way to top off the art walk!"

"We had the best experience after a weather delay for our cooking class at the Flora Farm Bar. Aslan was our bartender and made sure that our delay felt like something good instead of something inconvenient. He was attentive, hilarious and provided amazing service. We ended up staying even longer than we had planned because of him. Such a great experience!"

"We're staying at The One&Only and have found that Suviche is our favorite go-to while here. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates and loves high-quality sushi presented by Servers who care about service. Out of 8 nights total we'll have 4 dinners at Suviche, it's that good and unusual. Try the various Nigiri's such as seared yellowtail with onion/garlic compote or the tuna with curry. The combination of flavors is truly delightful. Then there's the ribeye cooked on a hot stone at your table, to die for!Be sure to arrive a little early and enjoy cocktails in the lounge area. With sweeping views of The Sea of Cortez you won't be disappointed! Plus, the bartenders are VERY GOOD at what they do. Had one of the smoothest Dirty Martini's I've had anywhere. Try the signature drink 'The One&Only'. I had mine without the vanilla which to me made it so much better.Prices are high here but we've actually found the value at Suviche to be quite reasonable as compared to the other on-site restaurants."

Authentic Mexican dishes interpreted by a well trained and talented chef.I hope these descriptions of the tasting menu are right...1. Smoked marlin in a small tortilla shell2. Marrow with herbs, like a pate3. Shrimp, pineapple, and hicama in a tamarind sauce, spicy4. Esquite, corn kernels with butter and spices. A street food.5. Fish, like dorado, fresh salsa, toasted onion, cilantro, and coconut on the side6. Chicken, very flavorful with an earthy green poblano sauce7.
