"Loves this place when you can open it. one of the only breakfast places open on Sunday in birkdale. they have an extensive vegan and vegetarian menu that is fantastic! very happy and friendly staff. beautiful small apartment."

"This was our first visit for a couple of years we hadn't been in due to the previous owners having left and we were unsure what to expect. Our fears were unfounded. The interior had been spruced up, including the old carpet being replaced by wooden flooring and less tables, possibly due to Covid. The food was just as good with the staff attentive but not overbearing. We'll be back soon."

"It is clean, enough parking space and free for 3 hours. has a park eye camera be so aware that and pay, there are pay meters for when they have stayed longer. good selection of shops, eat and drink. nice place to go from the tort or see the sea!"

"Have just had our delivery, from High Park Fish and Chips. We order a large chips and 2 fish. With x1 curry sauce and x1 gravy.. Came within the time advised, 1/2 hour.. But was very disappointed, as we thought we'd give this chippy another go as we weren't to impressed the last time, but thought might off been a one of. Unfortunately we were disappointed yet again the chips and the fish batter was awful. The chips were old looking. And the whole thing tasted old.. like it has been sitting about for a while. The fish wasn't flaky but a bit mushy.. it certainly didn't taste freshly fried. None of it did. We picked out what we could. And made do. Very disappointing, as we like to use our local restaurants etc.. But we won't be ordering from there again."

"We ordered a banquet for 2 sas. take away. My husband collected it and brought it home. On opening the bags we were very disappointed. The ribs were so dry that we could not eat them. The chicken had been deep fried to the extent that they could not be eaten either. The crispy duck again was over cooked and dry. The mains were something else. The beef dish the portion was so small that it wasn't even half a portion. The rice was plentiful and so we're the prawn crackers. Finally the toffee apples were the size of lemons and so thick in batter and stuck together in the container. We paid £42 for a meal that we could.only half eat. Very disappointed. We have had banquets from there before and they were lovely. I think the chef was having an off day."

"Lovely stop off on a dog walk . Staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble when looking after humans and dogs ! Food and coffee was good and the 2 dogs loves their pupcakes. They even provided beds and water "

"A very nice tea room near the front, the facility and service is like going back in time, we had only tea and cake, but everything was fantastic, the service is brilliant and the menu for all other foods looked really nice when they are in the opposite it is definitiw worth visiting"
