"I liked one of the courts I had, not the other. the pear and cheese flatcake was very good. Unfortunately, that was blowing waffel not what I expected. I've been bit light and airy, but it was dense and kaky like something you'd get with a hotel breakfast. I could make a better waffel home."

"Found this restaurant on the "Get off the couch and see Kentucky "app. It was good with large portions of country cooking. I had the roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and green beans. The Mrs tried the fried chicken, which was delicious crispy juicy and white. The couple with us had the liver and onions and grilled chicken. The grilled corn bread was thin and crispy and fantastic with applebutter! For dessert, I tried the blackberry cobbler, and the Mrs had the peach cobbler!"

"Just fine breakfast cafe, friendly service and good food at decent prices. Not something very special, but solid and simple and good. Their hashbrowns are definitely not hashbrowns, although they say they are. Warm, domestic environment and simple food that is not fancy, I am not sure that I would even say really well done, but only well done to be a pleasant place to visit sometimes. I wasn't disappointed, I didn't hate my experience, it was all good, but more of a normal good."

"It was the first time I have been and it definitely won't be my last. Service was fast and friendly always around to refill coffee. Eggs were well poached homefries tasty and well cooked baked beans were very good portions are very generous and priced very reasonably only down side no breakfast specials"

"We tried barbecue this morning at 5. My daughter and I love to try new breakfast restaurants and grill on 5 will definitely go to one of our breakfast places. We, where warmly welcomed when we came in. Our server immediately came to our table and took our coffee order, which the owner kept at our table and told us all about the breakfast specialities, all sound delicious. I ordered the summer squash boat breakfast, which was absolutely delicious and my daughter had one of the breakfast casroles they enjoyed, but she felt as if the homefries were cooked longer next time we will ask them to be cooked well. Overall we really liked this restaurant it was clean, friendly, with delicious dishes at a great price point I highly recommend it."

"My husband and I were on vacation in July and arranged to meet some old friends for breakfast. They insisted that we go to Karen's Kitchen. What a wonderful experience! Theresa, the owner, was exceptionally hospitable for us. It was 2 months, and my husband still tells people at home about the fantastic pancakes!!! He gave me a taste, and they were just the best pancakes I ever tasted! It is a small type of 'hole in the wall' place, but if you are in Providence, it will be worth your time to have breakfast in Karen's kitchen. You will leave with a happy smile on your face and in your heart."
