"My family and I eat here for breakfast a few times a month. They have good breakfast food, and it’s affordable. They can get quite busy on Sundays, but I can always count on their waffles or eggs benedict. Sometimes the eggs benny isn’t runny like it’s supposed to be, but that’s okay. Very friendly staff."

"The only reason for the missing star is because the first time I went there it was not a great experience. But the second time, when I took my daughter a few days ago, our waitress (late night, younger blonde woman) made our experience beyond the best! She was so cheerful and friendly. She was prompt at fulfilling our needs. She was perfect on timing to check up on us. It was the best waitress and customer experience I've received in a long time!!!! We need more people like her in this world!!! I miss having experiences in public like that. Thank you for assisting with mother/daughter bonding time! "

"Talked to Jeromy Fouts about possibly reserving an area for 10-15 people for my fathers 92 birthday, he had the manager call me back and was very helpful in arrangement for the area I was requesting. The staff was very friendly, the waitress we had was great and kept on her toes for the 2 hours we were there. I had the bourbon burger with fries and tarter sauce, I would order this again."

"I have to get out of seattle. I decided that ihop was tonight, I thought it was what it was. I wouldn't think about going here in seattle. so happy. it was 7:30 when I arrived there and discovered that they were closed at 8. they put me in total and fed me anyway. the staff was nice, eating was better than normal and I am glad that I left. kudos to this ihop for the rest to stay above the others."
