"We were looking for a pleasant place to have dinner that was not too pricey. Roma Pizzeria and Ristorante is 10 minutes from our hotel and it looked comfortable when we went in to look at the menu. There is an extensive menu - pasta, risotto, pizzas, salads, pancakes, fish and more. I chose a Margherita pizza and my partner chose pancakes filled with spinach, bacon, and mascarpone. Both dishes were delicious. The waiter was friendly and the service was quite quick. Altogether an enjoyable meal in cosy surroundings. It is a genuine Italian establishment."

"With the experience we had, this place really should no longer be rated as a 1 star Michelin. I started with a salad that was swimming in its dressing, it was almost inedible. My second course of soup was so salty I added 1/4 cp of water to try and dilute. My husband was surprised they even served that. The last course luckily was the best, except my taste buds were shot from the vinegar of the salad and salt of the soup."

"I know there are many comments about bad service in this restaurant, but we didn't have that experience. The staff were quite helpful and friendly and my sense is they are now very aware of the impact social media can have on their business. I'm glad we took a chance and had dinner here as the food was wonderful and the atmosphere was very nice. I particularly loved the white asparagus salad and my drink with rose petals in it. We are very happy with this choice."

"À notre arrivée pas de place à l'intérieur (vent un peu froid dehors), elle nous a proposé d'attendre dehors ou au bar qlq minutes et nous a apporté immédiatement de l'eau et les menusAprès quelques mots en français elle a pris notre commande et nous a servi l'apéritif.Une fois la table libérée nous avons été servis rapidement.Personnel très agréable, nourriture très bonne à prix convenableIl faut chercher ce resto pour le trouver, mais ça vaut le coup!"

"We went here on our last night of our weekend break and we were glad we did. Restaurant Roth is part of Hotel Regina, which was just across the road from our hotel. The service was excellent. My partner and I both had the Veal...Schnitzel, with a lovely potato salad, cooked to perfection. I had the chocolate cake and my partner had the apple strudel-both excellent. Definitely worth a visit when in Vienna."

"We had difficulty getting a reservation for five of us on New Year's Eve despite trying a few weeks ahead. A lot of places were closed or booked up. It was very cold and I didn't fancy wandering the streets on the off chance so tried a few places with a reservation "button" on tripadvisor. MA creperie got back to me so off we went, I think I should have had a crepe as I tried other people's and they were nice. I had a leek and cheese tart to start which was ok but served with an unappealing garnish of lettuce leaf and shredded carrot. My sea bass on papillotte was disappointing as it was submerged under masses of rather hard carrot which added nothing to the dish. My daughters schnitzel was fatty (she was eating one a day and had become an expert) and she didn't enjoy it. My husbands dulce de leche crepe was excellent. My other daughter had a cheese crepe and really enjoyed it. I am now going to turn this review on its head and say that we had a fun evening despite the mediocre food. The wine was good (we drank quite a lot) and we thought it was a good idea at the time to have some schnapps. We were very cosy in our window seat and the restaurant was quite quiet so we ended up laughing quite a lot and chatting to the lovely Turkish waiter called Orcan (sp?) who was charming. I think it may be a better bet in the summer months menu wise and I wouldn't want to be negative but just wouldn't rate it as a gastronomic experience in Vienna."
