"We were only going to order the 3-way combo but the poutine seems really delicious and it did not disappoint us. The Poutine was covered in thick gravy and the melted cheese and the fries was just the perfect combo. the lemon meringue was amazing, also the NY cheesecake was not over sweetened at all. a really creamy and dense texture and the strawberries which comes with the NY cheesecake was surprisingly good."

"The cafe is located on the corner of Williamson and Great North Road. Keep an eye out for the blue wattle of the kokako or the blue facade of the building. <br/ <br/ it was fairly busy but we were able to get one of the benches in the back. It wasn't until we were at the cafe perusing through the menu that we noticed that the menu was meat-free. The menu items all looked very interesting though.i tried the black garlic mushrooms. Mushrooms were nicely cooked and loaded on top of a couple of slices of toast. It was bigger than it looked. <br/ <br/ We also tried the nitro pulled coffee. It was interesting. It was way too bitter for me as I don't really drink coffee. It was really smooth, almost like a beer.<br/ <br/ It is quite an interesting cafe with lots of food and drink options. they also have a small shop that sells coffee related items like keep mugs."

"Stumbled upon here quite accidentally but very glad we did. <br/ <br/ Ordered the haloumi and the peanut pancake which seems to be the highlight, and for good reason it tastes just as amazing as the pictures look. The cabinet food all looked really awesome as well, would definitely have a hard time choosing next time I come! Overall just a decent, busy little brunch place in Ponsonby central."

"After seeing all the 1 Star reviews for the bottomless brunch we were not expecting much going into our booking. <br/ <br/ We did the boozy brunch which is $50 rather than the bottomless brunch for $70 as we thought it was too expensive considering places like Lula inn do it for cheaper. The 6 drinks were more than enough for all of us, and because the place was quiet we ended up being served after our 2 hour package. <br/ <br/ The food was decently sized portions and looked far nicer than some of the previous pictures. Definitely looked like cafe quality meals. The pancakes were the best option from the brunch menu, but I also had the salmon bagel which was very nice just a little lacking on the hollandaise. <br/ <br/ The service was really friendly and attentive even though our crowd was a bit hard to deal with. Really sorry to the team for having to deal with us haha but they did so very politely and well."
