"Our wedding sample was excellent at the Steakhouse at Flying Horse in Colorado Springs. From the beginning with Diane Bice, the staff was professional, friendly and made our event unforgettable. The friendly and personal nature of Diane lets me return to enjoy the ambience and pleasant smile and inviting character. We had 25 families and friends in the Rotunda and during the COVID, it was the perfect setting with access to the outdoor terrace. It was a perfect setting for the Pikes Peak and the front area. The food was fantastic... gourmet type brunch food and well played and covered/served. The Bloody Mary and Mimosas were also a welcome touch to the day and we never ran out. Overall a fantastic brunch— I recommend organising your event at the Steakhouse at Flying Horse."

"My friend and I came here for our 1 year jubilee. we came with high expectations and went beyond these expectations. the server was attentive and extremely knowledgeable for all food and drinks. we had an appetizer, deer and dessert, all were absolutely fantastic. the best lobster I've ever had. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants great high-end food and a five star dining experience."

"Loved the theme and the idea of this restaurant! So neat to go “under the rabbit hole”. We have the Mac n cheese with chicken and the steak with ducks and everything tasted amazing! My friend and I agreed it was the best Mac n cheese we ever had! The carrot cake was also amazing! Definitely recommend checking this place for the best food and service!"
