"Nice and clean place. great food. Large portions. Service is not good. Our server Vince was super unfriendly, he did not want to be there. No smile, no thank you. Just ignored us. He was busy with other tables but his personality is not for retail industry."

"Arrived for the first time Sept 24 for brunch before the Browns game. Initially waited 20 minutes for our drinks to start. Asked for salt and pepper to the Manager who never returned with it. Original server was never back to check on us for almost 45 minutes. The place was dark and not very crowded, I know why. Food was marginal at best, something you might get at Hampton Inn for breakfast. Only meat for brunch was fried chicken. They did comp us one brunch meal for the inconvenience but the total bill was $360 for 4 people for brunch. Then to top it off they added a 20% tip for a large group. Since when is a large group 4 people! Agree with another review, “felt totally ripped off.” Would not recommend and will not go back."

"1/4/19 Great place for different pallats. Everything was cooked perfectly. We had the roasted beet ap, the beef cheek and brazed pork ribs specials. We ended with a olive oil cake which I loved. I like more heart and meaty food and enjoyed this place. They use as much local food as they can which I think is great. Mixed drinks could use some more standard options, I like what they offer but this would sell."

"We had tickets to a play with our kids and decided to eat here giving ourselves plenty of time to enjoy dinner before play. Service was not good. Took forever. 3 of our steaks were cold. The fries were soggy. They actually made us late for the play even though we told them when we needed to be out by. I eat at Hyde park in Akron regularly and we have eaten at the Cleveland location on more then 5 occasions with customers before a cavs game and the Cleveland location always disappoints one way or another! No longer giving that location our money! Bad experience one time is one thing but every time this location has been a big disappointment!"

"The service and ambiance was perfect. Our meals were almost excellent until the calamari arrived. Semi-cooked and bland to taste. The bacon wrapped shrimp and our entrees made up for it. The chef even accommodated me and served me zucchini with my salmon and green beans. My husband and I will definitely go back."
