"Expectations are not outrageously high for fast food restaurants, but this one is barely holding on. I've been here ~3 times in the last few weeks and twice my order has been incorrect (not even close). On the other visit, the drive through was empty and I was told their system went down and they weren't taking orders. When open, waits in the drive through are 30-45 minutes long and the dining room is closed, so there's no recourse for incorrect orders. Staff seems confused and lacking management. I understand and empathize with staffing and supply issues, for all parties involved, but if you want to exchange money for food (that you ordered), avoid this place, at least for now, if possible."

"I don't want to talk publicly about the things that have happened while I'm here, but all I know is the job done that they can get her to eat and then they can go. at most days, there are only a few children working with a few adult who scream all the time. so it ruins the atmosphere. have gone into many almost food restaurants where they do not scream and cause all kinds of chaos and everything goes like a catastrophe or what that is, what it seems like I have been to other places of the same facility, but everything is balanced and hope that helps"
