"Decided to order something small to keep me and my husband until dinner. as I mean two simple chkn blt with brighten mayo and an add pickle the quittung was not correct and I mentioned it to the cash asianya she then tells me my order is correct. I decided to open my sandwich and of course it is not the way I asked. So I gave it back and they and the women came in the window to look at me and began to laugh. when they replaced the second sandwich, it had easy mayo, but no pickle. the other sandwich had heavy mayo, but my man only said he would eat it. because I'm getting away from thinking that they've corrected the problem that I got up and no pickles on the second sandwich! then I went to the facility, and the sandwich manufacturer comes to the counter aggressively and said that the sandwich I had returned did not pickles and it did. I opened it in the drive. not my fault they cannot remember the order they should have done right! they said she needed help or she would get rid of it! this was the young girl with short dreads that they choose to work at wendy, I did not ask her to work there, so simply do they do the job for which they are paid! I went and because I had no bag after I was upset that they couldn't get it twice, I left the bag in my car and when I went to the car my sandwich fell when I went for my door handle! I asked her to start it because if it was done correctly, the first time that this would not have happened. customer service is sucked! I asked the “manager” with long hairs what their name was and she said she couldn’t give her name! it's okay, I'll talk to her general manager or escalate this problem to do. I hope no one has to deal with it. they need nameplates on sales agents, so customers know who needs to report without having to ask themselves!"

"Look mom! There are kids. My youngest was impressed children (I 'm guessing ten yo) were clearing our plates. Everyone was so kind during our visit. There was something familiar about the creamy, salty sauce that oozed out between two buns with a thick hunk of beef. At first, I wasn 't a fan but after a couple of bites, I got used to the brininess of the olives, which was intense at first. My daughter had the club sandwich. She ate it so fast I didn 't get a chance to try it. She said we should stop at Kewpee every time we go to Muskegon. She loved it. History. They are a sister restaurant to Halo Burger in the Flint area and the inspiration for Wendy 's square burgers."

"Went to this Wendy's today for the first and last time. I got a taco salad and it was just nasty lettuce (old and brown) and tomatoes, none of the rest (chili, cheese, chips, salsa, sour cream). My friend ordered the spicy chicken combo and got some kind of chicken with bacon and pickles, had to ask twice for his fries. We weren't going to drive back from work and just hit up the Burger King next door."

"Seriously McDonald's. Came in just a few minutes ago. Ordered 3 pies 3 drinks and a large fry. The fries were basically raw and the box was about 1/3 the way full. Almost $4 for like 8 french fries. The whole night crew should be fired. And these people want $15 an hour? Seriously? They don't deserve $0.65 an hour if they can't do the job with any sort of pride or even self respect or just correctly for that matter. During the week. Morning crew with Dirty Mike on the back register . On point always make sure my order is accurate and served without error and the lady that runs the window never forgets the extra ice. Weekday morning crew needs a raise. Weekday night crew needs fired."
