"The manager who didn't want to give me his name) Terry, messed up or order and when we told them it was wrong, told us to keep the mistake sandwiches after we tried to give them back, and he would remake. He then has an associate bring out ONE sandwich when we ordered and PAID for 4. When I took that sandwich back in the store, Terry became hostile and screamed across the dining room, I don't want to talk to you, talk to her!! He then demanded HIS sandwiches back and called us liars and then ignored our complaint. Please hire new management. Terry is disrespectful and does not need to be in customer service industry. We will NEVER patron this establishment again!!"

"Disorganized and wrong order. After repeating my order THREE times at the drive through speaker, I was asked again TWICE what my order was at the window. After I received my food, the order was still WRONG. Had to go inside, where they asked what my order was for the SIXTH time. Then proceeded to give me my correct order, which had been sitting, now cold, for over 10 minutes. Not only that, I didn?t receive a spoon for my frosty or the ketchup I requested. This is why these national chains won?t last. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible."

"In line for 20 minutes. You get stuck in this parking lot once you are in line you.cant leave. Finally the 5 cars in front of me finally leave and I was able to escape. Only one car at the window 8 cars in line. Only moved twice in 20 minutes"

"The past few time’s I’ve gone to this McDonald’s they keep serving up overly salted, burnt, crunchy burger meat and the bread has been chewy! But hey the ice cream machine worked so I guess we’re supposed to compromise smh. Apparently their excuse was that they’re short staffed but I don’t see what that has to do with the food quality. I’m tired of spending $20+ for burnt burger’s not cool. She had a big attitude and then tried to say my card declined when it has money it and then screamed at me that my card was declined with an even bigger attitude luckily we had another card on us but she didn’t even try to ring up my card twice before screaming. Very unprofessional when we were nothing but nice. This happened not even 5 minutes ago and I’m still mad"
