"My friend and I tried to go here for the first time and it was wildly disorganized and we did not get taken care of. There is no host to greet you, just a takeout window. And when we asked if we could sit somewhere they cleared a table but no one ever came to serve us. I had to go up to the counter to ask how we can be served and she said there’s three different ways- order at the window, order through your phone using their QR code, or have a server, which is so strange and confusing to me. I told her it was our first time and asked if we could have a server. The server took our order but then we sat there for another 30 mins with nothing, not even our drinks. We had to go back up to counter to ask about it. Then the server came over and said they lost the drink ticket and asked if we wanted to order food as well. I was dumbfounded since we gave her our complete order when she first came over. We had already been there for almost an hour at this point and just gave up and left. Extremely disappointing and waste of our time. Please train your staff better and create a more organized and clear system for customers. This should not happen."

"Despite the fact that the door lists dining room hours, the door is locked. No additional note. No provision for those who don't drive a vehicle that fits through the drive-thru. Just pitiful."

"Came to this lovely restaurant around 6PM on a Tuesday (in March), didn’t have a reservation but luckily they had seating available on the outdoor heated patio (picture included). The waitress was friendly but the security was even nicer, he brought over another heater for us (without us asking) because I was really cold stellar service attention to detail. The food is a bit on the pricier side with the Margherita pizza being $22 and bolognese with $24. However, you could tell the ingredients are fresh and they handmade their pasta. The food came out very quick too which really surprised us! It’s also right by the “Venice” street sign Would definitely recommend this place."
