"I'm here a few times to paint Nite, and I have to say it's the least pleasant place to go. The service is terrible. They don't really serve you. You have to go to the counter to order, and then... bring the board to you, but never return to it, never come to the table to offer you refills. Plus his dirty and stinking! I now try to book my color in other places, as this is only not a pleasant atmosphere. I suppose it's good for a pool room. Plus it is much too expensive for the portions you receive"

"The Roblin Grill is a new restaurant located in a strip mall at the western end of Charleswood. The restaurant is quite spacious, with solid wooden tables and sturdy wooden chairs. The decor is light and airy. The menu concentrates on burgers and hot dogs, but with many innovative touches and funky themes. In addition to burgers and hot dogs, the menu includes salads, wonderful french fries, onion rings, and staples such as nachos, chill bowl and mac & cheese. The service was friendly and accommodating. We tried the BEST burger and the Philly Cheese Steak. The burger was of medium size but with great flavour. The Philly Cheese Steak was fabulous! The Roblin Grill is licensed for beer and wine. The wine selection is spartan, but the beer selection was quite good, with emphasis on specialty imported beer and craft beers. Also, there are good kids selections in the menu. The restaurant is very busy at lunchtime, and offers take-out service. The Roblin Grill has a special flair with its funky approach to basic dining."

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. PUNJABI GUY with the TURBAN. THANKS FOR RUINING HALLOWEEN and SCARING THE KIDS. So today I went to this Tim Hortons at around 5.50pm. At our turn in the drive thru, we requested the person who was taking our order to wait, as we were waiting for the vehicle ahead of us to move, so we could have a good look on the menu. When we tried to order, there was no reply. We tried to call for someone couple of times as we thought there might be some issue with the microphone. After some time, the person on the other end said “ GO SOMEWHERE ELSE” in a really disrespectful tone. while some other employee interrupted him and took our order. At the payment window, the Punjabi guy with a turban was standing with a hateful expression on his face. He said “ Do you want your order?” I said yes. Upon confirming if it was him on the mic, I said that it was really impolite, he said “Don’t come here” in punjabi. He was really rude, impolite, unprofessional and provocative. He said that if we have a problem with his way, we should meet him inside (in a provocative way). I just want to let you know, I had kids with me, And we were gonna go “Trick or Treating”. And the kids really upset because of his harsh behaviour. THANKS bro. KEEP IT UP. Utterly Shameful and DISAPPOINTING."

"July 4, 2023. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, fries with gravy and a burger. Alerted the staff of my allergy and they worked with me to help me find an alternative I could have (grilled chicken burger). The staff was patient with me. There was some confusion about dining in or out but ultimately they accommodated our needs and were kind and friendly. The food was great, the grilled chicken sandwich was saucy, there was chicken throughout the entire bun and the bun was fresh."
