"First stop in Wisconsin.. Culver's! I had heard about Culver's before, and have always wanted to give it a try. What better way to kick off my first ever trip to Wisconsin. We're staying at a nearby hotel, so we made the easy 15 min walk down Parmenter. Things I noticed right away.. clean, a lot of very friendly staff, and an overwhelming number of delicious menu items. We ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich, double mushroom Swiss burger with bacon, and the Rueben to share. We also made a last moment audible to add fries and onion rings! $21.. not bad! While we waited for our food we began filling our water cups and collecting condiments.. enter Will. This man is a gem, Culver's made the right choice hiring him! He's kind, funny, and giving. He checked to make sure we had everything we needed, offered and got us hot sauce from behind the counter, and even checked in on us once we had our food.. don't let this man go! My Culver's experience lived up to its expectations! The food was fantastic, and even an hour later I'm feeling good (no fast food indigestion. The chicken was fresh/hot, perfectly seasoned, crispy, and moist. The burger was fantastic, clearly fresh beef patties! The Rueben..... the BEST I've had- and I'd like to think I've had some killer and authentic Rueben's in my lifetime. Oh also... the frozen custard, fantastic! I've had some serious regional fast food let downs in the past, and I'm so glad that Culver's hit above the bar. If you're not already booking your tickets to the Midwest.. you should. Cheers!"

"This is an incredible whiskey bar. They're supposed to have good food, but that's why I'm not coming. If you are looking for assigned whiskeys, chances are The Free House Pub has a few. The choice of whiskeys changes when new ones come and old ones get out. If you're going to the bar, ask for a whisky menu. There are things that do not find your eyes. Look around at each other. Sometimes there are things that haven't met the whisky menu yet. If you look at the menu, check the prices. No prices for Miami, Chicago, New York or Las Vegas. You get excellent pouring at very affordable prices. If you are in Angel's envy, they even have their own private filling. Finally, the staff is very friendly. I know my whisky. Sometimes the bartenders do too. Anyway, I never went to someone I wasn't satisfied with and I won't take a few moments to chat with you, especially during the slower times. The Free House Pub can be very crowded. I'm just saying that patience is a virtue that will pay off. My only recommendation would be that the menu is gluten-free. I'd like to try something from the food. Cheers!"

"What a great place! so happy me and my man decided to apply a local business for the breakfast at visit of Middleton/Madison. all of the greetings at the door to sit on by amy, our very sweet waitress and on the eating. very good price for the portions and everything was perfectly cooked. we will definitely be back in town."
