"I left this store about 20 minutes ago I had ordered 5pcs two can dine mild chicken with mash when I got home to my dismay the chicken was spicy. So I had to turn around and bring this mistake back upon arrival the front counter female ask what was the problem I advised her that the chicken I ordered was mild it said it on the ticket mile but what I received was spicy she told me I could keep the mash and I advised her no I wanted a hot one she snatched the bag and threw it in the trash so she proceeded to speak with the manager and the manager ask what was wrong with it she had a attitude so I explained to the manager what I wanted I’m not sure who the regional managers of this store but everybody in there has all attitude and it needs to be corrected"

"Take out/drive thru, order 1211 11/26/2020 2:46 pm 3713 McCoy rd. Been calling for over an hour. No answer. Order was made wrong, buns of the cheese burger was burnt, sandwiches was made incorrectly from the order that we requested.All around just a bad experience/service at this McDonald?s. I wish to be contacted by a general manager in regards to this matter! Please and thank you. I would like the order replace, or a full refund!! Thank you have a good day"

"We met up with old friends, so it was really nice to see them. Appetizer was the beef patties and they were extremely overcooked. The coconut shrimp was over fried and the mashed potatoes that came with. It were extremely cold, but the other two dishes, the lobster pasta I don’t know exactly what it was called because the other two people had it was extremely hot that the steam was coming off of it so you knew that it was, either re-cooked or something but it was sitting under the heat lamps a while. That cream sauce was already hardening on top. Overall is very good. Our server was amazing. I think his name is Jon. I did not pay the bill so I can’t tell you what the value was but everything was good."
