"The service here is not so great. We have been twice. The first time we stood at the entrance for almost ten minutes before we were even greeted because everyone was in the back horsing around. The second time we went they didn't refill my bottomless fries until we were ready to leave even after I asked twice. Both times the employees made a lot of noise to include foul language and teenage banter the entire time we ate. Other than that the place is good. Same old tasty Red Robin food you can expect anywhere"

"Food was good, this trip was not very attentive to us. When we sat down and ordered drinks, they stated that all soda machines were down, but alcoholic drinks can order mixed drinks and water."
