"We ordered 3 main dishes. 2 of which arrived without the fried rice we had ordered. Called the restaurant to let them know. The lady told me they will deliver the 2 missing fried rice in 10 15min. 30 min. later the delivery guy shows up... Not even a spring roll, a wonton, or a bottle of water something of the kind one usually gets, if one is kept waiting! Nothing. Mistakes happen but no apology for the inconvenience, nothing... we had to heat the food just wasnt the same. In the past, the food was impeccable that needs to be said! LyLai wishing you all the best, but next time we order Chinese food, it will be from another restaurant that knows what customer care really means."
