"Great service but very limited food choices. I’m confused at the high reviews, Sunday Brunch is a person with very few choices to pick from and the dessert bar is extremely pathetic, looks days old and dried up brownies, you can tell that they didn’t even bake them fresh, totally disgusting breakfast food, the only soup option is porridge, how sad is that? EMC should rethink about adding more food choices for that price point or lower the price by at least half. Even the mimosa sucks. Food that are supposed to be hot wasn’t even hot. Wouldn’t come back here ever again. There are plenty of better restaurants that will make your tummy happy with that price point, seriously don’t bother wasting your time eating here. You will regret it"

"Stopped in on the 4th and I was pleasantly surprised it was fairly empty. First time here and I’m happy I did. The server was a kind (Ceaser) and attentive. The food was great! The seared Salmon sushi was great, a bit thick bit I didn’t mind. The yellowtail truffle roll was really good too, I recommend it. Edamame was also great. Solid sushi menu that offers variety. Will be back."

"Covid19 Compliant. Dine in, takeout, delivery. The restaurant is clean. I felt safe dining here. The food is always good. The service is professional and friendly. Parking is either on the street or you can park at the mall at 7th and Figueroa. Dee was my server and she was really nice. This is a local favorite. They also have Happy Hour. Full bar."

"Can never go wrong at this awesome place. Their drinks are amazing. Cocktails and soju hello what a deal. The service is fantastic and welcoming. They all strive to work hard. Usually come here for their skewers specials atm they said it’s temp gone but will come back when the skewers come back on the menu cause my lord it’s so good. Had their zucchini fries with yogurt dipping as an appetizer it was great different experience and my best friend had their famous martinis she always gets there. Totally worth the investment to go out on a date brings friends and hang out with family. It’s warm all around with the heaters."

"Booked reservations for this place on Valentines. Had no idea it was a preset menu only. It did not say it was a preset menu online or on Opentable when I made the reservation. I was shocked when I sat down and read the 75 dollar preset menu. The sushi was the only excellent food. The dumplings were good but we expected at least 3-4 instead they only gave 2! The steak was not that big and didn’t even come with mashed potatoes. The truffle uni pasta felt undercooked and a little chewy. The cheesecake was smaller than my thumb. Not to mention that we waited about an hour between each course. Our meal in total took us 3 HOURS!!!"

"Eggplant was good except stupidly sweet. hard to eat even. salad had tiny rotten bits throughout. soup was good but very little tofu. shrimp and chicken noodles actually good overall but not enough to make me ever try this again. 2 stars is very fair"

"I love with what they're starting to do in downtown LA. We need a lot more work but this is a start and this restaurants definitely adds to that great start great Ambiance. Great food and the servings are great for a good price 18 bucks for dinner that I was able to bring home and still have some food for lunch the next day. That's not bad at all!!!"
