"Came here Friday evening (August 24, 2019) with some friends for some cocktails and food and was extremely disappointed. We arrived just after 10:00PM and were handed menus, our server Sam forgot to mention it was happy hour when she took our orders, and we...were only offered the happy hour menu after someone in our party asked for the menu. We all placed order for our drinks and one appy each, majority of them came within approx 20 minutes of us order however we were still missing our Steamed Bao Buns, we waited about another 15 minutes until we asked our server if they were coming, she indicated they should be on their way, we proceed to wait another 25 minutes until (11:00PM) when a member of our party went to ask the server again where the Buns were at. We had finished all our other food and drinks (without being asked if we wanted a second). The server had said she was still waiting on the kitchen, not even 10 minutes later she came over with the bills (11:13PM) and said the steamer was not working so there would be no buns. She never apologized, never offered any further explanation just expected us to pay our bills and leave. It is completely unacceptable to wait over an hour for an item, and then not be offered any form of an apology. We actually had brought friends here from out of town to try something new, and based on this experience I will not be bringing my guests here again anytime soon."
