"Had a bad day. Requested to sit alone outside and have a drink with apps. The server was so kind. Even with it being a little toasty he still came to check on me enough and brought me cool water so I didn't melt."

"Three visits in 1 review! Visit 1: Saturday Brunch Service ok. Ask for a bottle of water for table or you will wait for your extra small glass to be refilled. Asking for jam/jelly for English muffin while ordering will save time as the person helping us never returned. Food excellent. Presentation sloppy for brisket omelet. Visit 2: Monday dinner Busy, but with reservations quickly sat at table. Live music way too loud, but excellent for a change of environment. Service poor. Dinner salad brought 2 mins before meal. Received a $0.50 dressing charge. No water refills despite requesting. Neither of our food choices were to our liking, but I think it’s all personal preference. Visit #3: Sunday Brunch Service excellent. Food excellent. I’d highly recommend Jams. I think with everything, it is hit or miss with service and quality of food."
