"We went on Valentine’s Day. We had a reservation and were seated fairly quickly. And it went downhill from there. It took minutes for our waiter to get our drink order. It took another minutes to bring our drinks and take our order. I asked for sweetener in my tea and he never brought it. Fortunately, I had some in my purse. It took about minutes to get our soup and salad. My husband didn’t have any silverware and it took forever just to get that. We didn’t get our sushi (only rolls) until we had been there well over an hour-and-a-half. The food was very good. The service was absolutely terrible. The people next to us left before they got their food because they were tired of waiting. I wouldn’t go back and I don’t say that often. But it was Valentine’s Day and should’ve been better service than that"
