"Eaten at three different times at a Roy's restaurants. In Oahu the first time was great food and service. Second time at the same location there was a large and boisterous party in the same room that forced us to have to ask to be moved. Was out of Ahi fish at PM. This time in San Diego the staff did their best but conditions were not what it should be. Seated and waited a long time to get our great waitress who did her best. Served lobster bisque without a spoon and waited minutes to get a spoon as asking ourselves. Main menu was out two choices that people come to Roy's to eat. Entrees were overcooked fish and shrimp. Mushroom listed a shiitake were replaced with button mushrooms. Dining experience was not the fault of the waitress and staff but expected standards were not realized. It will be a while before considering in the future."
