"The food here is amazing but oh my god this is the most frustrating restaurant to try and frequent. I've ordered takeout several time, and each time end up having to wait 15-30 minutes until after my pickup time to receive the order. It's like they don't put your ticket in until you get there. I've basically given up on trying to order food from here despite how good it is. If you are lucky and/or patient then give it a shot, but if you value your time and sanity look elsewhere"

"I have no idea where the strong reviews for this place come from. Cheesy, terrible apps, poor drink selections. Just something low class about it from the jump. I was handed a cheap cardboard menu that was sticky as hell and disgusting. Food was cheap frozen grocery store quality and WAY overpriced. Service was decent. Would not recommend."

"I am a Xiao Long Bao (XLB enthusiast. I ordered XLB only (take out ; thus my review is very limited. I have seen mixed reviews about their XLB from different review sources. Many people complained about the lack of juice and thick wrappers. So I did not have high expectations. Surprisingly, their XLBs were good. Yes, the amount of soup is small, but it's there enough to taste the deep flavor. Yes, the wrapper was thicker than those popular XLB places, but beautifully pleated and had no leak. Transfer to the container was carefully done, which I appreciated greatly. The meat texture is good, without any stringiness. It was smooth and tender and with a well rounded flavor. If it had a little more soup, and the skin was a bit thinner, it could participate in the best XLB competition (organized by me lol in GTA. Starting to feel winter in the air, I thought eating this XLB may be enjoyable on a cold day : The restaurant had a high ceiling with stylish decorations nice!"
