"This place used to be awesome. During the pandemic, they raised the prices. $50 for a board with two meats and two cheeses. It?s kind of insulting. But I?m not here to complain about the prices. I actually came here to complain about the staff. They are absolutely miserable, never smile, stare blankly when I ask simple questions, and are just generally unfriendly and unhelpful. It?s like they are mad about having to work. I?m sure other people would be happy to do this job. I don?t get it. They make more per hour than I did when I had these kinda of jobs. Back then we were lucky to make $8 an hour to do more work. None of the staff has a basic grasp on English either. Diversity is fine, but being able to communicate with English speaking customers seems like a basic qualification. Maybe the owner of this cheese course has too much business and doesn?t need to retain customers. I?m not sure, but I am sure I won?t be back until they can get back to a basic standard of service."

"We went as family from 4 to restaurant in lougheed house for a celebration. we enjoyed a delicious lunch with very attentive service. the ambiente of the beautiful house was particularly enchanted with all the old fashionable Christmas decorations. the service was fast and our food came quickly after we had ordered. the croissant sandwich was on the smaller side, but was delicious and quite full as it came with a delicious winter squash soup. because the day was frosty, the sandwich was served warm, which was very appreciated. we have been over the 2 desserts we have shared while we enjoy a potte. the presentation of all items, including the tee in a clear pot, was exquisite. we have enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant and look forward to an evening meal. the restaurant is a wonderful place for a special meal in a beautiful environment."
