"Update februar 2022 I was back in guadalajara and was happy to visit the boulangerie again. unfortunately this time was my experience so. I noticed a significant service decline. for example I ordered coffee, but the server did not bring sugar or spoon. after that and I ordered the meal, they returned no fork spoons or serviettes. I had to ask and wait each time. I ordered a second coffee and the server name that I had sugar and milk, but the server did not bring. When I waited to ask the server, the coffee was cold. during my stay in the neighbourhood I had only one opportunity to breakfast and this place was on my list! I went to 9am and there were long waits as expected! when I was alone, I sat before others and got a table with a chair over the bar. the place was modest and the mood was great. I was visited by English speaking lady who could have been the owner if not the manager of the place. I ordered omelette with Mexican swirl and coffee. everything from service to quality of food was great! I recommend this place very much while they visit gdl!"
