"I fell in love with Sweden and Scandanavian culture on a trip to Sweden and Norway. I've been disappointed trying to find authentic Swedish coffee shops...until this place came along. I love sitting down with a coffee and a Swedish snack and feeling like I've been transported back to Sweden if only for 30 minutes. Tack Svenska Cafe!"

"One of the best bakeries in town, if not the best. The pastries they make are fantastic the taste and texture are spot on, make sure to try the Nutella pastry! And the breads are amazing, I like the sourdough and farm breads especially. Service is friendly and quick. They even sell chilled wine if you're looking to have a picnic and have local eggs for sale as well. I haven't dined in but all their prepared food looks good as well."

"A hidden gem of Lakeview district! If only Lakeview could follow this example!!! Great vibe, modern but cozy. Surprisingly good food (had the burger). Classic drinks. Attentive bar staff. Had to wait a minute for food but nothing more than expected for small made-to-order kitchen. HANDS DOWN best fries I've ever had and that's saying something. I would come here again JUST for a side of fries and a drink! A great break from work! Wait they have good WiFi, too!"

"Beautiful restaurant with indoor seating and a covered terrace. Well-being and polite. Five corn salad with added protein (fish) was great! My staff enjoyed the pig onions Scallopini. We also had the sourdough roasted bread with butter, which was sinful good."
