"I found this open on a public holiday while I wandered around port melbourne. I'm sunk to place my order. they were in a state of overload. it was the end of the midday break and there were many customers waiting for only a few. other places to be open. also they had isolated the hired, so they were under occupation. when this was explained and the coffee lasted 15 minutes, I relaxed. the personal was friendly and unfazed. they cleaned out tables and my eating and drinking came in the specified time frame. they made it under stress."

"Was a very surreal experience the whole thing. I wouldn’t recommend it! The manager of the cafe is very rude. Not sure where to start. Since under new management (previous one wasn’t great either) I’ve been going here every weekend for like 6 months. But won’t go back!!! The start was comical, the server was very confused with the table numbers and who ordered what. Myself and the table next to me we were monitoring his movements to make sure he got it right! And to make sure our order didn’t get delivered to the wrong table. (Not the first time this happens at this place). The food lately is a bit blah and lacking flavour and ingredients. Most of the dishes are small and not good value for money. I used to order always the same. The table next to me asked for olive oil and then lemon and the girl said, ‘it’s like they didn’t taste the food! The salad has no seasoning.’ Anyway all in all I was there max 40m! I have the habit of taking photos of everything so I checked my photos. The coffee took 10m to come and since my food arrived I was there for another 30m. Please note there was no queue, nobody waiting and free tables. After I finished the food I wasn’t asked if I wanted anything else I was just SERVED the BILL!!! I thought was odd as I never seen this done here and I the bill wasn’t presented to anyone else that also had finished and arrived before me. So when I went to pay I asked the manager why did she decide to give me the bill when she’s never done that to me or anyone before? She got a bit muddle up and I said I was going to order another coffee and I don’t understand why you pushing myself out of the door when there’s other people just sitting there on their laptops that also finished ... anyway long story short, I found it extremely rude that after this all this time going there they don’t know how to treat customers (specially the ones that eat! And don’t sit there for 2h nursing a drink). So many places around so plenty of choice. PS a couple of the ladies are nice, so is the chef, but overall is no."

"A group of us get together for Breakfast a couple of times a year. Every time we have been there our expectations have been met. It is friendly, great service, excellent food and reasonable prices. Nothing is a problem."

"It's been a long time since I've seen jaffles featured on the board. Perhaps I should say the mirrored wall in this case. That's Willim's. It remembers the past, but offers contemporary Australian cuisine. The coffee is a delicious blend and came really hot, just...as I requested. My husband and I had the avocado mixed with feta on multi-grain toast with a runny poached egg each, just as requested. The cracked pepper was on the table. This family-run restaurant seems to try hard to meet the customer's needs. People were sitting outside in the sun; we chose the inside more protected area. The tables are small, with chairs and a long bench running along the wall, and there's easy access, with no steps at the entrance."
