"Edit: the owner contacted me personally about my experience, and wanted to make things right by explaining and taking the experience I had into account for the future. I came by again and tried the turkey brie, it was fantastic. Great service, and owners that truly care about their customers experience. Will be coming back here again soon! Came here after hearing great things from friends and family, as well as stellar Google reviews. I was left feeling a bit cheated, and not too happy with the experience. I ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich, and my friend got the Albertan. Both sandwiches tasted great, but on the Albertan there was a concerning speck of what looked like blue pocket lint In the bread itself. The Monte Cristo was delicious, but I can't help but feel a bit cheated after paying $13 for a sandwich that was 4 x4 , and one of the slices had only an inch worth of bread. Wish I could give more stars but I don't feel like I'm satisfied after having this experience."

"It took me about 6 months of living in Kelowna, and hearing about this amazing bakery everyone was talking about to finally pay a visit. I'm so glad I did. I rarely go anywhere else for fresh bread.Their baguettes, croissants and chocolate au pain, rival those of France. Their speciality breads are so good, I have to limit myself to only a few a month, otherwise I'll pay for it my waist line. Just try their Asiago Cheese bread or their Chocolate loaf and you'll know what I mean.To become a true fan of this place, you must understand their baking schedule. There are special bread days, Croissant and Chocolate au Pain Saturdays, (which means get there early) or it's all gone. Then there's order your pumpkin pie well in advance for Thanksgiving week.I'd heard about this pumpkin pie. Three people told me to get one before I actually ordered one. I love pumpkin pie, this is the best one I've ever had. My wife who doesn't like the last of pumpkin pie is now a convert.There is so much to really enjoy about this place, you just have to go there, but do go early in the day as they are often sold of most of their special items by 2 or 3 o'clock every day."

"We visited bliss in peachland six or so years ago. at the time it was head and shoulders over everything else for the fresh baked. on our last return to the opposite we had to visit again, but we immediately regretted the decision....The baked goods were dry and tastefully mass-produced. we could have been in one of the blanching, national chains and experienced this. not impressed. perhaps the growth of the company means that the owners cannot keep the same eye on quality as they did earlier. sad."

"I was a participant at a conference that Beets and Boos were catering. The person in charge found out that I have an odd food allergy, and for the entire conference, she went out of her way to make a custom meal for me every day. Not only this, but the food that they made me was amazing. This was in the middle of a conference with over 400 people, and I felt uniquely cared for. Thank you so much!"

"Nice place for brunch with friends! It was our first time visiting Kelowna. This brunch place was our last stop before driving home and it turned out great : They have really nice hot drinks to choose from and a unique selection of dishes on their brunch menu. The place was a bit crowded so service was a bit slow. Keep that in mind if you're coming by during peak hours."

"Great little coffee spot. Good selection of bakery treats and your typical coffee shop variety beverages. Prices seemed reasonable and it wasn't very busy allowing for a spot to sit for a quick visit. If I was close I'd head back."

"Close to the office where I work, this place is more of a dig and go as it is where they bake all their things I believe. no real sitting opportunities inside, but it is good for a quick box stop for some fresh and some good coffee. the croissant I had was well done. do not worry when they are looking for ambiente."

"Definitely a nice spot to meet up with friends. I had an inpromptu meeting their and it was definitely chill for us to have our conversation along with the background not being too noisy or overpowering. But it's definitely somewhere you can miss as I had a challenge finiding it but it's literally at d entrance of the movie theatre on the plaza"
