"Lovely upscale bakery. Love their sweet and savoury pastries. The cafe is also a nice place to meet up with friends of just spend some quiet alone time with a cup of latte. Cakes are delicately delicious."

"This Lucullus (similar to the one at Kennedy and 14th) is essentially a chinese bakery shop that sells buns, cakes and small treats, such as tarts and cookies. What makes this Lucullus different from other bakery shops are slight variation of their product offerings, including dim sum and chinese dessert soups, and the decorated atmosphere. I've been here a handful of times, every time it's a pleasant experience because of the decor and the lighting. The setup is still self service, you pay of for your products with the choice of takeout or sitting down. For sit down, you can grab a seat while waiting for your order being prepared. The one thing that is slightly awkward is that you have to retrieve your drinks or hot items being served on a chin-level counter top, then walk back to your seat, crossing the usually busy aisle. Other than that, the seating are comfortable for a coffee-duration, the interior has a high and bright ceiling with large glass doors, tiffany decorations and european-inspired tile floor. At least I can say I always leave there as if I took a mini break, after savouring a good cup of yingyung."

"I was in Richmond hill and thought to have a brunch and came to know about this place. It’s a small nice and cozy restaurant, coffee with a slight drizzle perfectly sets the day. We ordered for pasta carbonara and sausage eggs Benny. Well, sausage had slightly different taste. I sensed some coriander and slight spices which is very different to all other sausages, it’s there house special. Carbonara was good enough, bacon and parmezaan did blend pretty well and tasted delicious. Overall,it was a good morning experience, people should try this place and please do try other options and share your experience."

"Im writing this review objectively as I myself as I myself work in Customer Service for more than 20 years and am a pastry Chef and I know that it’s tough, and customers are not always nice. With that being said I came to you store on Sunday to meet a friend that I haven’t seen in years to have a coffee and chit chat. We sat on the patio and started catching up and time got the best of us since we were so happy to see each other. About 10 minutes passed by and we hadn’t gone in to order yet, this lady stampedes toward our table with an extremely rude tone “did you order yet?” Not a hello, how are you? Can I help you with anything … nadaI replied, not yet we’re about to. She continues to walk to the end of patio and walks back and says “I’ve already given you a warning ”. We looked at each other in disbelief and I asked if she was the manager- she said “ no I’m the supervisor” while she arrogantly walked away. The attitude and lack of customer service skill is shocking for anyone to be in that position. I said to my friend , customers have unfortunately probably taken advantage of patio- and that’s why she acts like a bull dog now, but honestly it’s not an excuse.This front line “supervisors” need to be thought that they never know who that customer is walking in and each and everyone of them should be treated well. Make them feel happy and welcomed and you know they will return.Don’t give staff members who don’t have the skill set work front of house and customer service. Let them work in the kitchen, or something else.This person also set the tone for the other ppl working there who also looked just as miserable.Thanks,One lost customer."

Lately, no issues).They offer free water refills, so you don't leave with jitters, anxiety and add 10 points for hydration. Staff can be highly attentive on this note.Soufflé pancakes, not Fuwa Fuwa, but if you're in the area, they're QUITE close. 20 minute wait time.Croissants are not bad (similar flavour to Tim Hortons, just softer and more fresh).Toast, croissant sandwiches, eggs and potatoes are ?Cash discount.Dairy, gluten and vegetarian friendly."

"Beautiful little pastry shop in j city with some amazing tasty! they knew I had to get some of it. ordered the lumiere, violetta and a black sesame tofu cheesecake. everything was just at the top! the violetta with the sweet potato cream was so smooth and so beautiful combined with the cream diplomatic and chantilly cream, bit that were so beautiful and light! the lumiere was a little more fruit with blueberry fruit and a cheesecake mousse. they wouldn't even be able to say it was cheesecake cuz it was so smooth! the tofu cheesecake was super smooth and they get beautiful strong hits from black sesame. all the torts amd cakes are made so good with an amazing presentation, they do not want to miss on these! I come back to more and so nice and covenient with the location in steels and woodbine area! service was very good! the person behind the theke made a few recommendations that it was my first time and let me also know what some of the best sellers were! great work overall! follow me on ig @thirst_and_taste for better pictures, vids and more amazing content!"
