"It was a 00:45-minute wait, but it was worth it. The waitresses promptly brought us croissant rolls with honey and the menus. Ask what we wanted to drink, and within minutes, we had our drinks. He took our orders, and in 15 minutes, we were served. The waiter took care of business. The service was excellent!"

"We just got the worse service today. We asked for the manager. Who knows if that was the manager we talked to but he had the worse attitude for being a manager. Instead of working everything out, he just flat out and said, if you want a refund! Seriously? After 40 minutes of waiting for pancakes order! Seriously and that is how you work things out! Our orders came shortly after talking to the supposed to be manager and it was wrong flavored pancakes! Like seriously! Waited for that long and orders was all wrong. And the freaking manager to ask if you want, we can bring you the blueberry pancakes! Why even ask, we obviously paid for the blueberry and not the buttercream one. Just incase you didn't know, if you're the manager, they're not priced the same!"

"I've been visiting Breadsmith on a weekly basis for quite a while now.(years) The staff and products are outstanding. My problem is, lately, my go to loaf of Rustic Italian bread has been inconsistent in it's freshness. Some days, I pick up a loaf that stays fresh for 3-4 days, unlike other times when I pick up a loaf which start to stale the next morning. I bought a loaf yesterday that I can no longer use to make sandwiches. Money down the drain. It wasn't always like this. Stay fresh!"
