"Everyone was extremely rude and the lady made both orders completely wrong. when i asked her to remake it, she said no and it wasn’t her problem and told me i didn’t order it right. so i went back in to get it made right and they charged me extra for it to be fixed right. if i could give 0 stars or lower, i would."

"For Wednesday Thanksgiving preorder pickup, they had doors open, marked distancing spots, and dividers between check out lines. They gave prearranged times to pick up order to cut down on crowding. Only people with preorders were allowed inside and they had hired a security guard for crowd control. Masks were required and all employees were wearing masks. Pickup took less than 10 minutes, if that long. I hope they do the same as needed in future. Food was great. Would definitely order again."

"Actually I remember the burgers being a little bit bigger but the place must have been under construction cuz there was only mildew and mold on the ceiling and the vents look like they were being trashed I more than likely won't be going back to this particular one"

"Unorganized and unprofessional. The manager seems to be a bit of a micromanager. She runs the register and prepares the purchased items instead of utilizing the other 3 individuals that are present. I ordered popcorn and a candy apple from the young lady working the register. The manager interjected to say it would be a 3-5 minute wait, which was fine. She started popping the popcorn but then handed a bag of popcorn to another young lady then proceeded to take someone else 's order. Why not utilize the two other individuals? Have one person on each of the 2 registers and the other two people preparing orders. I reminded the manager that I was waiting on my popcorn and she yelled it has to come out of the popper and once it does, I will give it to you . She seemed overwhelmed but that 's what happens when you don 't train and delegate properly; you become frustrated and irate with the customer. She wasn 't worth a response bc my kid really wanted the popcorn but she 's not worth anyone 's business. On a better note, the candy apples are pretty good sometimes"
