"A bit disappointing unfortunately. Had the corn fritas. The fritas themselves were unpleasant and had consistency of glue. Is it the type of flour? Were they undercooked? It’s a mystery. The meal had a large portion size of bacon at least, but the poached egg was not runny. Also ordered a juice, pineapple, orange, ginger and mint. There was no ginger and the mint was not juiced into the drink! They just stacked a bunch of mint leaves on top (am I supposed to chew them? . The staff are very nice and friendly."

"I ordered lactose free latte bacon ham roll. Spent $18 for those. Roll was okay, they put tomatoes in it so it’s a good variation for me. I don’t think theres any sauce in them. Coffee was good, perfect hotness to my liking. This cafe is located in the middle of hall in front of Myer so it could be too overwhelming for some people because there will be a lot of traffics happening. I won’t recommend dine in if so, but it’s still good to get takeout from here."

"My husband & I stayed in Townsville for almost two months & decided to have a meal on our last day in the city to this restaurant. Food is good, but, the garlic bread that we ordered was just the size of a child's fist & didn't even leave a crumb in between our teeth. Had the fish N chips....it's nice & crunchy, generous portion, but, the fish was too greasy & the batter was just so thick, you can hardly see/taste the fish. We just ate the salad, chips...picked the fish meat & left the greasy batter behind. To make matters worse, we endured a tummy ache the next day. Not the best memory to take back home aye"

"Amazing place to sit and enjoy the food and the views. I chose Grilled Mackerel and Sweet Potato Chips ... Presentation was very welcoming and the meal went up. The staff is always eager to please and the atmosphere decor is light and breezy, many seats with choice, wonderful selection on menu, delicious coffee to wash the meal down, also I love that the amenities are inside and the restaurant and they are home, clean and pleasant to enter. No complaints from myself or my friend. Thank you very much from a satisfied and very happy customer."

"This small café is located on the ground floor of an office block Verde Tower. It is small enough to be friendly and helpful, but outside you can sit and watch how the world goes with great comfort. The food is cafe fare, but with a selection of roles. Good lunch."

"Coffee is so goooood! Haven't been here in Townsville long but I've been coming back almost every day. They do Cronuts- donuts with croissant pastry and they also do the most amazing gluten-free sweet potato buns! Nom nom... super affordable too. Hidden gem right here."

"Nice coffee and breakfast in this beautiful cafe. Location is superb, close to the river with great outdoor area under shade with a cool breeze coming through. Lovely friendly staff, there's also a water bowl for your furry friends when you take them for a walk by this central area. Overall a pleasant experience, cheers."
