"Das Brot habe ich in der Filiale in der Siebensterngasse im 7.Bezirk gekauft. Es schmeckte frisch mit Butter ausgezeichnet auch die vielen Gewürze (Kümmel, Fenchel) kenne und schätze ich als Fast-Mühlvierter im Brot sehr. Die Kruste ist sehr knackig nur was mir schon kurz nach dem Kauf auffiel: das Innere ist nicht sehr saftig. Das mag daran liegen, dass die Brote zum einen hohen Zusatz von Feucht- oder Weichmachern gebacken werden (was an sich positiv ist) und wahrscheinlich bei hoher Hitze im Holzbackofen.Jetzt ist es so, dass das Brot verglichen mit mittelpreisigen Bäckern recht teuer ist. Daher hört der Spass auf, wenn das Brot am zweiten Tag dann so trocken ist, dass man nur noch Brösel draus machen will. Ich finde da müsste man einen Weg finden wie man trotz traditioneller Herstellungsweise ein haltbareres Produkt herstellen kann. Also Geschmack als Frischware super top! Haltbarkeit leider nicht."

"Zunächst sei eines gesagt, es ist ein einmaliges Feeling an der Donau zu sitzen und die Aussicht zu genießen. Der Empfang sehr freundlich, dann aber einige Schwächen. Der Cappuccino eher minimal, was den Inhalt betrifft, aber vom Geschmack sehr gut.Das Besteck wird einfach auf den Tisch gelegt, die Servietten fehlen. Der zweite Cappuccino wird vergessen zu servieren. Das müsste nicht sein.Verbesserungswürdig. Dann aber sehr schön."

"Very nice lunch at the balcony of Urania, overlooking the Danube canal. We picked the set lunch menu, which was excellent. The waitress was busy dealing with a drunken woman who had been left behind by a male customer and was sleeping on a bench...inside, it was quite funny. She was great. Will be back if I get a chance."
