"We have always gone to Cafe Rouge as part of dinner on a day out at blue water and to honest on this occasion it was a car crash. My Wife and our two kids placed our orders as usual and we had just waited around an hour and 15min for our food. The restaurant wasn't busy as few tables where empty. We then decided to ask the waiter what was taking so long and the lady went to follow up on our order. She then returned to say they had failed to put the order through for some reason. We then had to wait another 20 min for our order. In the meantime we requested another round of drinks only to notice the drinks order had been left at the bar and nobody to bring them to us. We then decided to fetch the drinks our selves as clearly there was no staff around to bring them to us. To be honest this was a bad experience ,no management around and it just looked as thou there was something going on with the restaurant staff as we noticed they where turning away new customers due to an issue in the kitchen. If the guys continue to run a restaurant like this I cant see them lasting. Really poor."
