"We strongly don’t recommend this hotel because of : parking included is in fact to park your car in the street (we are discovered scratches few days later after cleaning) hotel is noisy (from the street and also from inside with the bar).. quality of the room not very good (see picture) breakfast is taking in the building (not in the roof top breakfast included is not continental and no real good choice price in roof top is very expensive and be careful with tips. You said but they understand ! The difference is not big but it shows us that they are not honest. cocktail are with of ice ... staff are not professional: my wife was seek. We asked if they knew an address for a doctor. They directly proposed us to call a doctor to come in the hotel (until here, services was very good because we didn’t expect to have that After min, no news. I came back to the lobby and they told me that there is a problem with this doctor. I asked if they knew another and the answer was yes. After min of desperate silent, I asked them if they can call and give me a feedback. The answer was yes but she was surprised of my request ... ! After min, no news. I came back to the lobby and they told me that they is also a problem with this doctor but they is one in a pharmacy and they send somebody to check (surprise for me, they had continued to search After no news, came back in the lobby and asked where is the pharmacy. She just told me where. During our trip, no any comment to know if my was better."

"We had a lovely dinner at the Nelhua. They offer mexican-contemporary kitchen traditional dishes with a beautiful presentation. I had the mole poblano and it was very delicious. The mole had a variety of interesting flavours but every ingredient fit perfectly together. The service was some of the best I ever experienced. Very attentive, friendly and passionate about their food. Can highly recommend Nelhua!"

"It's a little bit difficult to find even if it's just around the corner and near the Cathedral and the Zocalo of Puebla, you just have to look-Up, is located in a second flow and below you got another Restaurants but they are different, just cross the corridor and take the stairs .....Beautiful Restaurant with a Modern Bar area, and Open Kitchen, they have a little and very cozy mini balcony that you can have a seat and enjoy also the busy street.The service exceed my expectation!, professionals, no intrusive and "very Knowledgeable Staff" particularly mention to the Server and Angel the Barman, he suggest me a couple of Mezcal to Match with my food and also teach me the right way to enjoy more this super drink. The food it's simply fresh, delicious, with a little touch of something different, the portions are "the right" no very Big as usual in another Restaurants but not small, you can have a couple of dishes and feel good and happy.Very good prices for the quality. It's the first time that simply there a place that they know doing well the Job.My unique complaint is the Horrible pinky Sofa with the flowers......Congratulations!"
