"Chosen from a guide book, the decision to go to Margon was one of the best we made during our 5 day city break from the UK. Being honest, having sat down at a table it wasn’t obvious how we should order and if we were typical UK nervous ninnies and not fairly seasoned travelers we might have sat there for a while in this bustling “local” eatery (if just off Times Square can be called local). However, stepping up to the counter and asking for guidance paid dividends and the lady serving could not have been more helpful. Between us we had rice, beans, baked chicken and plantains and a Cuban sandwich the guidebook had justly recommended. We ate at various other good but far more costly establishments during our visit but Margon hit the spot. Thank you"
