"Waiting time with reservations is a problem. 8:30 reservations only sit after 9:11 (as we ask again and again) it was waited in a small, crowded waiting room where you could hear several patrons complaining with the same. always the same apologies, a few minutes the party pays her bill (or eat dessert). Why make reservations if they don't honor them? looks like some people get in and sit on the asap (front staff faves? while others wait. this happened once before in the summer and we only returned to use the gift card that the manager offered, then because of wait and overload offered for a bottle of wine. once in the personal is beautiful. Maybe they will revise their system or change their gatekeepers."

"What a great Cafe and coffee shop! My wife Loved the pastry and had hers with jam. I got the tasty wrap which was fresh. The coffee was amazing and the desert options oh so tasty! Take a peek in their different cases to get a nice set of options. They serve breakfast any time and have good lunch choices! The staff were Super friendly and helpful! #RockFromRI"

"My husband and I were on a hunt for PR food. We googled and came across Isla Bonita. The second we arrived we knew and felt like we were at home. All the PR decor around the restaurant was so beautiful. We ordered our food and the waitress was nice and very attentive to our needs. Ordered and Alcapurria and a Sorrulito. Both tasted excellent. While we were eating I noticed there were some Cuban decorations as well and even Dominican. I spoke with the gentleman upfront and it ended up being the Owner Gus! He was awesome and his partner Charlie as well. He told me he is going to be upgrading the menu there will be a little a bit of all islands. I love this concept. My food came breaded steak) and so did my husbands Mofongo de pernil) and we absolutely loved it. We will definitely be returning and recommending this location. I can't rave enough on what a great experience it was. Beautiful, clean, quick and Food was incredible! What more can you ask for!"

"Went with my best friend and ordered the spaghetti and were able to dine in. The service was spectacular and the food was delicious! I love how friendly and professional they are. I will definitely be back! Went back today 3/8/24, ordered the Cuban sandwich and omg so good! Excellent service and great prices! I saved this restaurant in my fave places"

"The restaurant is in a nice location, but that pretty much gives the restaurant free reign to over charge for food and allow their servers and staff to ignore their tables. We had to request, Raul, our server for the night, to acknowledge we were at the table after 15 minutes of being seated. The food itself was OK at best, the drinks were better than the food. I got the skirt steak with rice and i had to double check if i cracked my tooth from the rice. The “culinary” team this restaurant prides themselves on produces mediocre food there i said it. Our waiter Raul did not check on us once while we were eating nor did he try to accommodate busing of dishes that were finished, filling of water glasses, or even asking if we wanted another drink with our meal. We asked for our side of sweet potato to be wrapped up and it was thrown out by staff. Yes, they made us new boiled sweet potatoes with no frills as in the order thanks a lot for throwing out the original order and offering boiled sweet potatoes as the replacement. Overall, for a $300+ meal for 4, it was not worth it. Will not be back, unfortunately."
