"The steaks were overcooked the knives they provided with the steaks were the wrong knives they made the meat tough the potatoes were cold the bread was stale the server was slow and disrespectful construction was going on everywhere it was annoying prices are extraordinary it was not Kincaids it used to be it was really terrible and it was at three birthday night and we spent additionally for three birthdays we were supposed to get in the past gift cards for a future appetizers and a choice of complementary desserts we got no choice they just brought us what they wanted to bring us and no gift cards are available so you can send those to me in the mail if you want to be reasonable thank you"

"My wife and I have come here several times. She used to love their meatloaf. I don 't have a favorite, but it 's always been pretty decent. The price used to match the quality but not any more... not even close. We went on New Years Eve, thinking we would have options. They didn 't have their regular menu, though, and their holiday menu was underwhelming, to say the least. They started us out with some bread. It seemed like thinly sliced up ciabatta buns. They would have been pretty good if not covered in a gross amount of cold, unmelted butter. (Pictured) My prime rib was soggy and cold. I ordered it medium well. Maybe she heard rare instead of well... It came with a small scoop of very boring mashed potatoes and looked like it was plated by a teenager in a hurry. It was literally just a soggy piece of undercooked meat pooling up with a small round scoop of nearly flavorless potato. No chives, no gravy, no garnish... The best thing I had was the arugula salad it started with. It was ok. My wife had blackened Mahi Mahi. It was an off-putting texture, with very little blackened seasoning not prepared or cooked nearly as well as it would be made in a home broiler even. And again... presentation was very rushed and unprofessional. It came with dry, charred brussels sprouts. My wife loves brussel sprouts but left these on the plate. My son (7 yrs) had kids fish and chips. He ate only a few fries. My daughter (14) ate most of her salmon and said it was pretty good. But again... opted to leave the dried sprouts. I wouldn 't normally even mention the presentation as a review factor in most cases. But when I pay $300 for a dinner that nobody wanted to finish... it should have at least looked like a professional made it. Our server was awkward and rushed, it seemed. Their tables weren 't even full, but she seemed very stressed out. They 're likely understaffed to save money like most other places. They brought us the wrong desert, left an uncomfortable amount of dishes on our table, and served everybody waters but for some reason took our sons water away, and he had to ask for another one. It was a strange night. Wish that we had the experience we were used to years ago. We were extremely disappointed and unlikely to return at this point."
