"The food was, as the cashier informed me, fine. To be fair she said she wasn't a fan of the food. But that being said, the food was good enough. But they snuck an extra order on my tab and did I missed it. Plus none of the extra side sauces I paid for were anywhere near the bag. Moist chicken ain't enough to make me come back."

"It's upscale food in a downscale presentation, like Panera bread, and it's done very well! Our family ordered a Ahi Tuna Salad, the Nigiri sushi combo, a couple of the bento meals. I think a more refined venue would've fit the price and quality of the food better, but I forgot all about that when I actually started eating."

"Enjoy vegan burrito (bean rice salad avocado and salsa), chips, and agua fresca (melón y fresa). Drinking was impressive, very large of fresh fruit. There might have been some “unusually vegan” candies, but I didn’t have much of a chance to see. They also have homemade popsicles, next time I have to ask if they are not dairy. Note: Unlike other reviews, nothing was called vegan and baked goods (at least when I visited) were not vegan at all. I had to talk to the waitress to find out things. Your staff was nice and helpful, I hope they start labeling things as vegan to attract more people and offers more options without having to adjust existing menu items."

"Terrible service. Period. Umbrellas and heaters set up outside. We ask of they are serving outside. Yes. So I have to ask for menus. 15 min later, they shut their door. I dont know whats up with this place but this kind of service is crap. Another time, we showed up, waited for almost 60min AFTER we placed our order. Their excuse was there were several phone-orders ahead of our order. They shouldve TOLD US THIS, instead of taking our order and keeping us waiting for an hour. Absolutely LAME. MEANWHILE the owner is next door serving up drinks at his other restaurant. Seriously?"

"I really enjoyed this place and really had a good time. We ordered: Karaage Veggie pot stickers Cucumber noodle salad Eggplant and duck bao Cow character bun Fat duck ramen Feedback karaage was standard, but didn't come with any lemon. This was unusual for me, since nearly every other place I've been to always provided a wedge Cucumber noodle salad was drenched in dressing. The bottom of the dish was a pool. the fat duck ramen was outstanding save for one thing, the noodles were a little soft. Next time I'd ask to see if I can get them as firm noodles or as al dente as possible. Standouts: Veggie pot stickers actually had good heat to them. Eggplant bao was delicious according to the wife."
