"Very small restaurant (which I prefer! . Sashimi list is sparse. Specialty roll list looks long but too many of them are almost identical. Steamed pork buns were the star of the meal! Just perfect in every way. If were not for these, the rating would be 3 stars instead of 4. Tried sashimi yellow tail, salmon, salmon roe. Very nice portions for the price. Salmon yellow tail were good, but not great. Fresh, but not as velvety soft and rich as it should be. The salmon was leaning toward neutral flavor and was almost fibrous. Not sure what happened there. Salmon roe was exquisite. Tried 3 very different rolls, but all of them tasted incredibly similar. They were quite good generally speaking and I 'm sure the casual sushi goer would love them. But they were very one note and the main ingredients were just kind of lost. This restaurant is perfect for the semi-rednecks that were there... loud talking, tactless, t-shirt flip flop wearing folks... the type that order California rolls because they love sushi. Very down the middle flavors with fish flavors neatly hidden away from the palate. Side note: maybe don 't use the restrooms for storage and install a toilet paper holder. Such a stereotype for Asian places to have junky restrooms. Rise above."

"Great place for lunch, very cheap, fast service and delicious food. What is not to love? The Sampler Platter was delicious with large dice of feta cheese, olives, onion, cucumber and oil and spices, served with warm Pita bread. The double Italian is even more delicious with hills of cut Deli meat and a pressed crust roll. The photos don't make it right."

"Excellent food and excellent service. We sat outside as it was a cool night, but they were still very attentive. We all shared food, we shared a very fresh pizza with delicious stretchable cheese and crust, which was soft and delicious at the same time. Then we had to share a poutin where they poured this wonderful gravy over the freshly cooked frits and cheese curds. We ordered the mixed grill and the burgers to share, and the mixed grill bowl came with such tasty meat there was a grilled shrimp skewer, a bang sausage with hull that snaps in during cutting, two smaller sausages, a decent piece of grilled chicken and a fresh salad of tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, pepper and Roma. It was served with a good part of her really delicious fries. The burger, while a simple dish in the name, had such great taste, one of the best burgers we had in a while. The ambience was nice that the interior looked cozy and well decorated, but we sat outside where lights from Main Street lit and a beautiful outdoor heating we had to sit next to. I take this time to check because I woke up thinking about this restaurant and that only happens with the really good experiences. I'm happy to eat here again!"

"From the door being opened for us, to the moment we walked out, the experience at State Street was celestial. The libations were on point and I thoroughly enjoyed two orders of the Holla Peña, it had a wicked nice kick! Their fresh, homemade bread was excellent and served with a nice side of salted butter. My date took the special. The filet with the dauphine pommes and enjoyed it very much. She couldn’t stop smiling. I had the Pork Ragu and I’ll say…it is something I’ll fantasize about for sometime to come. LOL It was CHOICE. Our server Connor was so polite, timely, knew how to read cues and overall made it the best experience out dining in a while. It’s all how you take care of patrons with pacing and knowing your menu. He also had some friendly recommendations for the rest of our date and couldn’t have asked for better time. We will be back."

"To start, I wanted German food, and my Husband and I wanted to go somewhere different for our 43rd Anniversary, and I found this Restarant that I thought might be good for a change, and boy was it!! We were taken to our table in the back room, and right away we were taken back to yesteryear. I only spent a month in Germany, and my Husband worked in a German restaurant in Key Largo (Hilda's) that's not there any longer. So we had Jenifer (our server) that was excellent at customer service, She was very attenuative to her tables, and what was needed (if anything else) and of course kept our Authentic Beers coming. The food was absolutely superb!!!! Heidi, she's the owner/cook. She also made sure that everything was as expected. And My Husband couldn't say anything else last night Jan. 26, 2023, but, that it's been a long time since we had such a Great Meal, Great Atmosphere, and an all-around enjoyment of the food, the people around us enjoying everything, talking about life and laughing!! Something that we don't see much anymore, is True Enjoyment of the being together. and not on their phones!!!! We enjoyed being Happy on Our 43rd Anniversary at this Restaurant, and with good people around us !!!! Heidi, is an Awesome Hostess, as well as owner, and Cook!! The Food was Exceptional. Those who complain about this place, they live to complain wherever they're at!!!! So, they're also open when the Snowbirds go home!!!!"
