"Ordered takeout by phone, when I get there they have no order on file so I had to order again while I was there. I Ordered 20 wings with med sauce on the side and crispy curly fries. When I finally get my order and get home we opened it up to find 15 wings with the sauce all over the place and the fries are barely cooked. We call them to speak to the manager and are told to call back in an hour we Ask if it's OK to leave our number and have the manager call us and we are told they have no way of taking down our number. Really ....so pens and paper are not laying around. This Hooters (Gainesville location) has hit rock bottom, I will never order from this place again. Be aware if you're ordering out. Check your food because they most certainly are not."

"Terrible experience. we just have a birthday ice cream cake for the celebration of a worker on 08/15. after a detailed call last week, we arrive at 11:05 to get the cake only to say they said 11 of a hired name sandhya. we said the pickup was for 11, it's now 11:05. the cake was empty, with blue frost. we have no choice on the colors. it was not possible to communicate with the hired, but finally we could tell her that the cake should say happy birthday laura. the hired took the cake and came back with happy birthday zara and then blamed my coworker to tell her the wrong names. the correct font was finally placed on the cake, but it was crippled and squeezed as if the worker had no experience with actually decorating cake with frost. the entire experience was combative and ridiculous. when they sign up on the DQ website and watch the ice cream, they look amazing. the reality of what they get for the money is terrible."

"This location just had a major remodeling and looks great. Staff has always been friendly, they work hard to keep things clean, orders are hot and always correct. Drive-through is always fast as well compared to other fast food places around town."
